RETIRING MORE THAN 135 YEARS OF COMBINED LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Since 1987, the attorneys and staff at Meegan, Hanschu & Kassenbrock have represented California businesses, professionals, and individuals as they encountered the challenges and opportunities with which the business world presented them. In doing so, we applied a multi-disciplinary approach involving transactional, financial counseling and asset protection strategies, state and federal court litigation, and alternate dispute resolution. We consider it to have been an honor and a privilege to work with Sacramento’s business community these past 35 years.
Partners Jim Hanschu and Mark Kassenbrock will be joining their former partner David Meegan in retirement September 30, 2022 and will be closing the firm. We have enjoyed the journey and look forward to what the next chapter will bring.
We have made every effort to anticipate and satisfy our clients’ concerns during the transitional period, concluding the projects we could and transferring to some of our most trusted and highly esteemed colleagues in the legal community open matters to finish and to hopefully initiate the kind of long-term legal relationships we at MHK have been fortunate enough to cultivate over the years.
We will continue to make ourselves available to answer questions, provide direction and counseling, and assist on a limited basis with client legal inquiries through the contact information contained in the individual profiles here on our website.
